Who is used for Shipping?

We are proud to use Australia Post for all our deliveries, including Australia Post Express Shipping for all express orders.

 

Shipping Prices

We offer free shipping if your address is in Australia, for all our products.

If you'd like express shipping, we have a flat rate of $50.

 

Tracking

Tracking will be automatically emailed to you after purchase. It will update via Australia Posts website and tracking system. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to go live after we attach the shipping label on your purchased item/s.


Price Protection

Radium PCs website is updated frequently to ensure that listings reflect correct pricing and the latest products.  At the time you make a purchase you agree to the listed price.  The listed price is subject to change.

We reserve the right to make corrections and changes to prices, products, and specifications without notice due to errors arising from misprints, technical, and human errors.

 

Transit Protection

In the very unlikely event of any damage in transit we cover repairs (or replacement) of any products as well as any further shipping costs

 

Handling Time

Depending on the product you have purchased, and subsequently its complexity. Building, testing and quality checks will vary.

Handling time is generally 1 to 7 Days. The estimated timeframes can extend up to 3 weeks during the busy periods. 

When it comes to our timeframes, Radium PCs prioritizes the highest quality of testing and quality control above all else.


Estimated delivery timeframes

Delivery will be organized via Australia Post when your product is ready. 

Once delivery is coordinated you will be notified via email of the tracking details. 
Here are the approximate delivery time frames:

Australia Post Standard Shipping (Free) - 1 to 7 days.

Australia Post Express Shipping ($50)- 1 to 4 days.

If package has not arrived

We have never had a package go missing or stolen in transit. 

All of our products are shipped with signature required on delivery. This means if no-one is home when the package arrives at your delivery address, Australia Post will take it to the nearest post office. This is not a problem, you can easily then pickup from said post office during its opening hours. 

The reason we ask Australia Post to require signature on delivery is to avoid packages getting stolen or damaged.
