We'll figure out your needs and give guidance and advice to find the best matched PC for you.

All our gaming PCs come pre-installed with your choice of either Windows 11 or no OS, which are activated and ready to use straight out of the box. 

No need for additional installation or activation - simply plug in your PC and you're set to start gaming.

We are proud to use Australia Post for all our deliveries, including Australia Post Express Shipping for all express orders.

Yes, but you need to place your order online prior to collection. To maintain a streamlined and efficient process.

Depending on the product you have purchased, and subsequently its complexity. Building, testing and quality checks will vary. Handling time is generally 1 to 7 Days. The estimated timeframes can extend up to 3 weeks during the busy periods. 

When it comes to our timeframes, Radium PCs prioritizes the highest quality of testing and quality control above all else.

Delivery will be organized via Australia Post when your product is ready. Once delivery is coordinated you will be notified via email of the tracking details.

Here are the approximate delivery time frames:

Australia Post Standard Shipping (Free) - 1 to 7 days.

Australia Post Express Shipping ($50)- 1 to 4 days.

Radium PCs WARRANTS this Radium PCs hardware Product against defects in merchandise and workmanship for a period of 3 (THREE) Years from the Date of Original Retail Purchase
