I want to buy a Gaming PC but unsure where to start?

A long time ago we were in the same position, so we understand the complexity and range of PCs out there can be overwhelming.


The best way to start is to message our Facebook page (Chat Button), give us a call (1300 935 884) or come down to our store at 30/15 Earsdon St, Yarraville, Vic.


We'll figure out your needs and give guidance and advice to find the best matched PC for you.

Does my PC come with Windows installed?

Absolutely! All our gaming PCs come pre-installed with your choice of either Windows 11 or Windows 10, which are activated and ready to use straight out of the box. 


No need for additional installation or activation - simply plug in your PC and you're set to start gaming.

2. Shipping

What shipping service do you offer?

We are proud to use Australia Post for all our deliveries, including Australia Post Express Shipping for all express orders.

Can I pick my order up in person? 

Yes, but you need to place your order online prior to collection. To maintain a streamlined and efficient process.

Estimated delivery timeframes

Depending on the product you have purchased, and subsequently its complexity. 

Building, testing and quality checks will vary.


Handling time is 1 to 7 Days.


When it comes to our timeframes, Radium PCs prioritizes the highest quality of testing and quality control above all else.


Delivery will be organized via Australia Post when your product is ready.

Once delivery is coordinated you will be notified via email of the tracking details.


Here are the approximate delivery time frames:


Australia Post Standard Shipping (Free) - 1 to 7 days.

Australia Post Express Shipping ($50)- 1 to 4 days.
