Does my pc come with windows installed?

Yes! Each Radium PC comes with a preloaded windows 10 home with drivers so you are ready to plug and play, however they do come un-activated

You can purchase an Activation Key directly from Microsoft
using the Activation Settings feature within Windows, or enter a key you already have purchased from us, or you can obtain one elsewhere. A small number of
Personalisation features will be inactive until a Windows Activation
Code is entered, However, Windows is perfectly fine to use as normal.

Shipping & Returns

We utilise a variety of providers for delivery, it is usually one of AusPost, Sendle, InterParcel or our delivery personnel.

Radium PCs website is updated frequently to ensure that listings reflect correct pricing and the latest products.  At the time you make a purchase you agree to the listed price.  The listed price is subject to change.

We reserve the right to make corrections and changes to prices, products, and specifications without notice due to errors arising from misprints, technical, and human errors.

Delivery will be organised via courier when the product is ready. Depending on the product you have purchased, the time frame before delivery will vary from one day to two weeks. 


Once delivery is coordinated you will be notified via email of the tracking details. 
Here are the approximate delivery time frames per state:

VIC - Same day to 3 days

NSW, SA, ACT - 2 to 5 days

QLD - 2 - 7 days

WA - 2 - 7 days

NT - 2 - 7 days

Radium PCs return guarantee entitles a customer to return any item in the final stage of warranty procedure, provided it is confirmed by a Radium PCs technician. The purchased item from us can be for a full refund of the purchase price, providing the item is returned to us in its original packaging and in a reasonable and operable state, with no physical damage. and receive approval for the return, prior to sending it. Sending it without receiving this approval may result in a delay in processing or forfeiture of a portion or all of the refund amount.

We do not normally give refunds or exchanges if you already knew of a fault in a product or we specifically advised you of a fault in a product, damage a product after purchase due to alterations not performed by us, damage the product due to unusual or non-recommended use, damage the product by any means where the damage is outside of our control, or when no proof of purchase is provided.

Once our team has submitted a refund or credit note request generally it should not take longer than 2 business weeks maximum for funds to be returned. BANK TRANSFER is preferred so please provide your account name, number and bsb number in order to process this request. The processing time takes into account generation of the credit note, submission to accounts department, returns and credit run days, and then finally the delay in return to your bank account through the financial system.

Even by request, we cannot initiate a return of funds for goods that have not arrived back to us, and have not been checked through returns/warranty, without exception.

Yes, but you need to place your order online prior to collection. To maintain a streamlined and efficient process, we have the following guidelines:

Orders must be placed online prior to collection. There are no walk-in / over-the-counter sales. Cash is accepted. Orders need to be collected within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed with staff. Pick up hours are 10am to 5pm weekdays.

Please note that there are no sales staff available to answer questions or initiate order changes.

Warranty

Product – Refers to any hardware manufactured for or by Radium PCs bearing the "Radium PCs" trademark, trade name, or logo that is purchased directly from Radium PCs.
Original Purchaser - any consumer that purchases and has possession of a Product directly from Radium PCs.
End User - the ultimate consumer of the Product and constitutes anyone who owns and uses an Radium PCs Product.
Date of Original Retail Purchase - the date the Original Purchaser bought the Product from Radium PCs.

Radium PCs WARRANTS this Radium PCs hardware Product against defects in merchandise and workmanship for a period of 2 (TWO) from the Date of Original Retail Purchase, unless additional parts or labour warranties are purchased, which may extend the terms of warranty to include the replacement of parts for a total of 2 years.


Our warranty covers all parts failures and factory defects, but does not cover accidental user damage or normal day to day wear and tear for notebook batteries.


Radium PCs warrants the original purchaser that any part of the hardware system, excluding software, documentation and similar terms will be free of defects of both workmanship and materials for the warranty period include with the purchase. (Starting from date of collection or delivery.

Radium PCs warrants the original purchaser that any part of the Product, excluding software, documentation and other peripherals, will be free of defects of both workmanship and materials for the warranty period include with the purchase. The date of warranty coverage starts from the date of collection or delivery of the Product.

During the product's warranty period, Radium PCs will repair or replace defective hardware for defects specified and found in the Product. This will be done without any labour charge (free of charge) and cost of parts will also be provided free of charge during the warranty period. Parts may not be the same but will be equivalent or better parts.

Radium PCs shall, under no circumstances, be liable to provide warranty service for products that have been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or misapplication, for example unauthorized overclocking. This also applies if the product has been modified without textual agreement from Radium PCs.

Any replacement parts will be warranted to be free of defects of workmanship and material for 3 months from time of replacement, or for the remainder of the warranty period of the Radium PCs Product it is replacing (whichever is longer).

What is covered:

Radium PCs covers all hardware issues during your warranty period. Lifetime support. Radium PCs do not charge a labour fee for repair and servicing work during the warranty period. Outside of the warranty period, fees will only be for parts or specially requested services.

What is not covered:

Accidental damage such as water spills, drops or physical breakage due to an accident.Data loss or recovery due to drive damage or failure is not covered. Your HDD or SSD however is covered by our warranty and will be replaced during the warranty period in the event of failure.

Any 'mining' of electronic coins, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, Doge Coin will result in the warranty being voided.

Any overclocking or modification by you or an external technician will result in the voiding of the warranty.

If a defect is found in a purchased Radium PCs Product, contact the Radium PCs service centre through email (info@radiumpcs.com.au) or reach out via our social media.

If the Radium PCs service centre is contacted through telephone or email, Radium PCs will endeavour to provide guidance to diagnose or solve the problem.

If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone / mail, the User will be responsible to either carry in the Product to our Service Centre or to mail it in. Alternatively, a collection service can be opted for, and relevant charges will apply. Return shipping will be provided for free by Radium PCs.For such warranty claims, the following details are required - Name, Address, Contact Number and Warranty Serial Tag / dated sales receipt.Radium PCs will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law: (1) repair the Product (using new or refurbished replacement parts); (2) replace the Product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product; or (3) issue a partial refund of the original purchase price of the Product, if for some reason, the Product cannot be repaired or replaced—provided you return it during the parts warranty period owned.

Items such as BATTERIES, AC ADAPTERS AND EXTERNAL ACCESSORIES SHALL BE CLASSIFIED AS CONSUMABLE PARTS. THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR BATTERIES AND AC ADAPTERS IS LIMITED TO ONE 32 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE.

In the event that Radium PCs decides to refund (the value of) or replace the product, the term of this warranty shall expire as of the time of that refund or replacement.

No Radium PCs agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.‍

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Radium PC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF ACTUAL MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; DOWNTIME; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, REPROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH Radium PCs PRODUCTS, AND ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA STORED ON Radium PCS PRODUCTS.
